Our food is shipped Monday to Thursday with Economy service. We do everything we can to ensure your food is delivered on time. However, that date may change if there is a major holiday or when there's inclement weather.

Typically, standard shipping takes 1-3 business days, while express shipping can arrive within 1-3 business days.

Currently, we only deliver within NZ. We are working towards expanding our services to international customers, so stay tuned!

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its progress until it arrives.
